Introduction
Presentations determine funding, strategy and stakeholder alignment. Executives must present complex information clearly and drive decisions. This course shows how to build concise recommendations, turn data into clear visuals, and present with control. Practice sessions use real scenarios and structured feedback.
Objectives
2. Translate complex analysis into 2–3 clear visuals and a one-page executive summary.
3. Deliver concise, controlled oral presentations using signposting, pacing, and emphasis to guide listeners.
4. Anticipate and manage stakeholder questions and objections to keep the discussion focused on outcomes.
5. Adapt content and delivery for boards, investors, and operational leaders using audience-specific framing and time limits.
